Figure 03 livestreams 17-hour warehouse run, 22,000+ packages handled — Helix-2 stack hits its first production endurance milestone

Figure AI livestreamed a 17-hour continuous warehouse-style run of Figure 03 robots running the Helix-2 autonomy stack, handling 22,000+ packages in a single uninterrupted shift. The endurance test is the first publicly-disclosed multi-hour autonomous-operation milestone for a frontier humanoid program outside the controlled-factory tier.

The endurance shape — 17 continuous hours, 22,000+ object-manipulation events — is the metric Figure has been chasing for two release cycles. Until now, all humanoid program disclosures emphasized peak capability (specific tasks done well) rather than sustained throughput (lots of tasks done reliably). The endurance run is the first claim of the latter shape, and the procurement implication is that Figure can credibly bid into 24/7 warehouse and logistics deployments.

The comparable benchmark against 1X's NEO consumer deployments and Apptronik's Mercedes/GXO pilots is sharper now. NEO is shipping units; Apollo is in customer environments; Figure now has the first endurance datapoint. Three different operating doctrines, three different early-adopter customer profiles, and the next 12 months will produce comparable disclosures from each.
