NeuBird launches Falcon and FalconClaw — agents that prevent, detect and fix software issues

The pitch closes the loop from detection to remediation. Monitoring that only alerts has always deferred the hard part to a human at three in the morning; an agent that acts is a different risk profile entirely.

Automated remediation is the step every observability vendor has approached and stopped short of, because a system that can fix production can also break it, and the blast radius is the same in both directions.

The engineering question is not detection quality — that is mature — but the guardrails: what the agent may change without approval, how a bad change is reverted, and whether the audit trail is good enough to reconstruct what happened afterwards.

Splitting it into two products suggests a graded model, with one tier proposing and another acting. That is the right shape, and the tier boundary is where the entire product risk lives.
